Smart City is the exclusive provider of telecommunication data and Internet services for the Center. We provide state-of-the-art equipment and services including on-site and on-call technical, management and customer service support, 24 hours a day for each show.

WIFI ACCESS CENTERS

You'll find wireless internet access via WiFi Access Centers throughout the buildings. With a wireless-enabled device (laptop computer, tablets, mobile, etc.), anyone can log on to the network by simply activating their browser. For a daily charge, you can also connect to the Internet to browse the web, check your e-mail, etc.

PHONES

Smart City offers phone services provisioned via a Definity GS3 Switch, ensuring smooth installation, customized features, and a timely response to meet your needs.

Phone services include single and multi-line phones, speakerphones, teleconferencing units, display and non-display phones, voice mail, fax lines and credit card lines.

Pre-assigned phone numbers are available upon request to allow advance printing of event marketing materials.

DATA

The Center is fully wired to provide easy connectivity to event management, exhibitors and attendees. Smart City offers DS3 45Mbps as our standard pipe and can support up to 10gb, but we can provision additional bandwidth at the client’s request with appropriate lead time. Our bandwidth is delivered via our single fiber backbone, with CAT5E 10/100/1000 to the exhibit halls, meeting rooms and public spaces.
