Visitor Information

The Visit Seattle team can assist you with everything from tour bookings and sightseeing tips to dining reservations and local travel information. Operated as a complimentary service for the public, the Seattle Visitor Center desk is located in the main lobby area on Level 1, directly across from Espresso Caffé Dior.

Open: Monday - Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Summer hours: Daily - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

U.S. Bank ATMs
U.S. Bank has two Automated Teller Machines conveniently located inside the Convention Center for cash withdrawals. You'll find an ATM on Level 1 at the base of the main escalators, and on Level 4.
